- Ok... I agree that politicians can be difficult (if not impossible :)
- to understand, but I thought I was quoting the final version of the
- bill. thomas.loc.gov has 5 versions of the bill online, including
- ammendments. I was under the (possibly incorrect) assumption that all
- final amendments were included in what I quoted.
